Return/Refund Policy

Customers are asked to examine all shipments from BESTech and if there is damage to the shipping container, a description of the damage should be noted on the carrier's delivery paperwork OR the damaged container should be opened to determine if the goods were damaged. If so, the shipment should be refused or at the least the exact damage noted on the carrier's delivery paperwork. In either case, make sure the notation also appears on your copy of the delivery record.  Open the container as soon as possible after the delivering carrier leaves to check for hidden damage, and if damage is detected, notify the carrier in writing (such as by e-mail) immediately, including a description of the hidden damage.

When there is concealed damage to the contents, BESTech will normally accept the damaged goods back (or authorize disposal of same) and will issue a full refund of the purchase price including shipping paid by the customer OR will replace the goods with a new (shipping prepaid) shipment.

If goods are not damaged and the customer wants to return them for credit or refund, if the goods have not been opened and the return freight is prepaid, BESTech will normally issue a refund for the amount of the purchase (excluding the shipping charges) less a 15% restocking change.

BESTech will not normally accept products or equipment for refund that has been damaged or misused.

Please do not ship damaged goods back to BESTech without first contacting BESTech to obtain a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number. 

The above are guidelines, but returns are handled on a case by case basis.

BESTech’s practice of treating customers and vendors fairly is always a consideration.
