BESTech's mission is to meet or exceed our customer's expectations by promptly providing the most consistently effective products attainable from any source, to produce the desired result, at a competitive price.

BESTech's pledge to our customers is to provide only effective, environmentally friendly products, reliable customer service/support and access to the knowledge accumulated over almost two decades of research and experience involving bioremediation solutions for food processing establishments in our laboratory, field trials and installations.

BESTech's Mission Statement and Pledge to Our Customers is well founded because we manufacture all of our bioremediation products in-house under a very rigid Quality Assurance Program.  Furthermore, we commission an Independent Laboratory to test EVERY batch of bioremediation material we produce to confirm it's quality and purity.

This enables us to;

1.  KNOW what's in the product we are sending to our customer.
2.  KNOW that it is of the highest quality and purity.
3.  KNOW that it will be effective if properly applied.
